Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03/04/2024

At Orcase.net, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process for both Employers (buyers) and Freelancers (sellers). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Project Not Started: If a Freelancer has not begun work after payment has been made, the Employer may request a full refund.

  • Non-Delivery of Work: If the Freelancer fails to deliver the project within the agreed timeline and no mutual extension has been agreed upon.

  • Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to cancel the project and request a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The work has already been delivered and approved by the Employer.

  • The Employer fails to provide the required project details, information, or cooperation necessary for the Freelancer to complete the work.

  • The Employer requests a refund after project completion due solely to a change in preference rather than the Freelancer's failure to meet the agreed requirements.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via [email protected] within 7 days of payment or delivery.

  • All refund requests will be reviewed by the Orcase.net support team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant bank or payment service provider.

4. Service Fees

Transaction fees, service fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable, as they cover Platform operation and payment processing costs.
