Users must create an account with accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account details with anyone or use someone else’s account without permission.
Orcase.net provides a marketplace where:
Freelancers can list their services (“Orcase”).
Employers can post projects and hire freelancers.
Payments for services are facilitated through the Platform’s integrated payment system.
We do not provide employment services; we simply connect freelancers and employers.
For Freelancers:
Deliver services as promised and on time.
Maintain professionalism and quality standards.
Respect deadlines and client requirements.
For Employers:
Provide clear project requirements and expectations.
Make timely payments for completed work.
Leave fair and honest reviews.
All payments must be made through the Platform.
We may charge service fees for transactions, which will be displayed before confirmation.
Freelancers will receive payments after project completion, subject to our payment schedule.
Refund requests must be made through our Dispute Resolution System.
We will mediate disputes between Employers and Freelancers, but final resolution may depend on Platform policies and the evidence provided.
You agree not to:
Post or request illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Use the Platform for spamming, phishing, or malicious activities.
Attempt to bypass our payment system or service fees.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials, is the property of Orcase.net, QUIZDASH TECH PRIVATE LTD, or its licensors, as applicable, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Orcase.net acts only as a marketplace. We are not responsible for:
The quality of services delivered by freelancers.
Payment disputes between users.
Any loss, damage, or liability arising from use of the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
